This six-color, six-station, dual-rotary Screen Printing Press features fully accurate color registration. This six-color, six-station dual-rotary screen printer can accommodate six screens simultaneously, with six stations capable of printing six colors simultaneously. The screens and printing stations rotate on two rotating wheels, enabling simultaneous multi-color printing, loading, and unloading, expanding the printing range, increasing speed, and enhancing ease of use.
This machine is equipped with a dedicated T-shirt platen, specifically designed for T-shirt printing, ensuring precise placement of printed T-shirts. The standard configuration includes a 450*550mm T-shirt platen; custom sizes and styles are also available.

1. This Screen Printing Press completely overcomes the drawback of similarly priced and similarly designed screen printers, which can only accurately register one or two stations. The screen frame mounting arms are precisely adjusted before shipment. After installation and commissioning, the machine achieves precise registration of all six screens at any one station. Once the machine is installed and commissioned, it can accurately register all five other stations, allowing multiple people to print simultaneously. Printing can be performed on any of the six stations. This is unattainable with other similarly priced Screen Printing Press.

The specially designed adjustable screen frame lift spring allows users to adjust the spring tension according to the size and weight of the screen frame, ensuring the proper spring tension during lifting and lowering. This prevents common problems such as squeegee ejection or ink splashing caused by excessive lifting force due to overtightened spring tension, or the inability to secure the screen frame after lifting due to excessive weight of the screen frame and squeegee due to loose spring tension.

Basic Information

2. The Screen Printing Press utilizes a modular structure with separate packaging. The entire machine is packed in five boxes, all packaged according to US export standards. High-strength bubble film is used inside the boxes to completely isolate all metal components, with plywood laid on top and bottom to ensure safer transportation and minimize damage during handling. The outer box is packaged in a high-strength five-layer corrugated cardboard box, further sealed with stretch film on the outside, making it ideal for long-distance transportation and particularly suitable for export.
