Features and Advantages
Applications: Textiles, Advertising and Flags
Suitable for curtains, pillowcases, wall tapestries, cushions, wall murals and door curtains. Advertising applications include pop-up displays, retail hanging signs, A-frame displays and poster fabrics. Also suitable for logo flags, lamp post flags, road flags, feather flags and table flags.
Printhead Arrangement: Full Staggered Layout, 1234 + 5678
Combining the effective printing widths of multiple printheads helps reduce printhead costs, improve production efficiency and lower manufacturing costs. This arrangement requires high standards of technical development, quality control and machining precision.
Take-Up System: Real-Time Roll Diameter Measurement and Three-Axis Servo Synchronization
The drive, unwinding and take-up shafts operate synchronously through the printing control system. Fabric deformation and stretching during high-speed movement are monitored and compensated for in real time. The three axes can be synchronized during startup and shutdown.
Automatic Loading: No Manual Lifting Required
Reduces manual handling risks and improves fabric loading efficiency, labor costs, print quality and operational stability.
Traction Drive: Supported
An independent traction system helps control fabric vibration and sagging during high-speed operation, minimizing feeding inaccuracies caused by delays in linked mechanisms.
Waste Heat Recycling: Supported
Improves energy efficiency, reduces energy consumption and lowers electricity costs. Supports specialty fabrics, including linen-look and black-backed fabrics.
X1-Axis Scanning and Printing: Linear Motor (Maglev Drive)
Provides fast response and acceleration, high positioning and repeatability accuracy, low failure rates and long service life. Contactless drive technology reduces energy consumption and eliminates friction losses from mechanical transmission components.
