Design & Cutting
Create your design and use a cutting plotter or similar machine to cut the vinyl. The material is easy to weed (remove excess material).
Heat Transfer Process
Pre-press: Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture.
Positioning: Place the weeded design on the fabric.
Pressing: Use a heat press at 150-160°C for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure.
Peeling: Wait for the design to cool completely before peeling (cold peel).
Post-Processing
