Scope of Application
The heat transfer process is applicable for the transfer on fabrics and the surface of coated rigid articles. Fabrics are mainly polyester and polyester-cotton blended fabrics; rigid articles are made of high temperature resistant materials such as film, metal, glass, ceramics (ceramic tiles, ceramic cups), PVC, etc. As long as the transfer article is high temperature resistant and matched with heat transfer coating, the image transfer can be completed by a special heat press machine.

Textile printing; personalized water cups, throw pillows, curtains, silk scarves, and craft gifts made of metal, ceramics, etc. (Heat transfer is not applicable to silk, cotton, linen and nylon, only chemical fiber materials.)
Application Principle
Yinghe heat transfer ink is a type of disperse dye ink, also known as Dye Sublimation Ink and Sublimation Printing Ink, and belongs to water-based ink. It can be first printed on color inkjet paper, special heat transfer paper or ordinary paper. The initially printed color is not bright and is not the final color. The true color will show only after the color is sublimated onto the article by high-temperature heating. Images printed with this Sublimation Printing Ink feature bright colors and rich layers, the effect of which is comparable to printing. The difference is that heat transfer makes the Dye Sublimation Ink sublimate when heated at high temperature and penetrate into the medium. This ink is used for printing on high-density materials such as cups, plates and mouse pads (non-pure cotton materials), with strong light fastness and no fading for a long time.

Product Usage Instructions
- Before using this product for the first time, clean the ink pipelines, ink cartridges and nozzles thoroughly with the special cleaning solution of our company. Mixing with original ink or other compatible inks may cause chemical reactions, resulting in nozzle clogging and color distortion.
- Check the ink pipelines regularly and remove air if any; check the ink volume in the ink sacs frequently to ensure the ink volume is more than two-thirds of the sac capacity. If air leakage, damage or clogging of the ink sacs is found, they must be replaced to ensure printing quality.
- Turn on the printer every two days to keep the pipelines unobstructed and the nozzles moist. During use, residual ink outside the nozzles may solidify and block the nozzle orifices; remove the nozzles and clean them with the cleaning tools attached to the machine every month.
- Excessively long continuous printing time will accelerate the aging of printer parts and nozzles. It is recommended to let the machine rest for 1-2 hours after 8 hours of continuous printing.
- Product application temperature: 210℃ for polyester materials with a heat pressing time of 40 seconds; the specific time needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions.
- Application environment: 15-30℃; Storage environment: 10-35℃; Shelf life: 18 months.
- Use the product promptly after opening and do not store it for a long time. Consume the opened ink within one month.
- Notes: a) Keep the ink out of the reach of children and do not drink it; b) If the ink splashes into the eyes accidentally, rinse with clean water immediately and seek medical attention at once.
