A: We are a leading manufacturer specializing in embroidery machines, eco-solvent printers, crystal label machines, and DTF printers. Founded in 2002, we have accumulated over 20 years of experience in both industry operations and international trade. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable industrial solutions for customers worldwide.

Q: Do you have relevant quality certifications?

A: Yes, we do. We have obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, and all our products comply with the CE standards. All certification documents are available upon request.

Q: Can we visit your factory?

A: Absolutely! We warmly welcome potential customers and partners to conduct on-site inspections of our factory. You will have the opportunity to witness our production processes, quality control systems, and finished product displays in person. Please make an appointment with us in advance so that we can make the best arrangements for you.

Q: What costs are included in your quotation?

A: Our quotation usually covers the costs from our factory in China to Yinghe Global Warehouses around the world. Specifically, this means the quotation includes all expenses under the FOB (Free On Board) term—including delivery of goods to the port of shipment and export customs declaration. However, it does not cover the costs from Yinghe Global Warehouse to the customer’s address.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via PayPal, Telegraphic Transfer (TT). 

Additionally, for orders fulfilled from overseas warehouses, payment in local currency is also an option.

Q: How soon can the goods be shipped after payment? (What is the delivery time?)

A: The regular production cycle for standard equipment is 0-7 days. Before making the payment, you can contact us to check the inventory quantity of the warehouse located in your region. The delivery time for customized equipment will be discussed separately based on the complexity of the customization. Once the order is confirmed, we will provide you with an exact delivery date.

Q: If we need you to handle customs clearance at the destination port, can you provide support?

A: As the exporter, we can provide all necessary customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading for destination port customs clearance).

Q: What is the warranty period for the equipment? What does the warranty cover?

A: We provide a 12-month warranty period for standard equipment, starting from the date the equipment arrives at the destination port. The warranty covers component failures caused by material or manufacturing defects. It does not include damages resulting from improper operation, human error, or wear and tear of consumable parts.

Q: If the equipment malfunctions, how do you provide technical support?

A: We offer multi-level technical support:

• Remote Support: Conduct fault diagnosis and guidance via phone, email, or video conference.
• Online Guidance: Our engineers can remotely connect to the equipment (with your permission) for diagnosis.
• On-site Service: For serious issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we can dispatch engineers to the site, but the relevant travel expenses shall be borne by the customer.

Q: Do you provide installation, commissioning, and operation training?

A: Yes, we do. We will provide a detailed English installation manual and operation videos. We strongly recommend that during the initial operation of the equipment, our engineers conduct commissioning via video or on-site (optional service) and provide comprehensive training for your operators.

Q: How do you ensure the supply of spare parts?

A: We maintain inventory of commonly used spare parts to ensure a quick response. You can also purchase a recommended spare parts package when ordering the equipment. We guarantee the continuous supply of all spare parts for 5-10 years.

Q: Can this equipment be customized according to our specific needs?

A: Yes, we offer flexible customization services. Whether it involves size, functions, automation level, or specific process requirements, we have a professional team of engineers to communicate with you and provide customized solutions.
